1/29/2011 - Workout

This morning was actually pretty rough. It was sort of an excersize to see how much working out a person can do after eating 6 pancakes, bacon and eggs. The breakfast was great, however the results from the workout were not so great.

-I rode a bike for 12 minutes. The bike was set to level 15. (whatever that means.)...but I was only able to push the pedals at 54rpm, vs 64 rpm the other night.
All of the treadmills were full
-Sitting row: 2 sets of 10 @ 120 lbs
-shoulder raises: 2 sets of 10 @ 15 lbs
-lat pull downs: 2 sets of 12 @ 30 lbs (individual arms)
-Treadmill for 12 minutes @ 7.2mph.

Another not-so-encouraging workout...but for the opposite reason of the bike ride...I had too much food in my stomache.

---But I was able to run the full 12 minutes after drinking water and a full belly, which I think is interesting. 6 months ago, if I tried that, I would have thrown up all over the entire building.
