-Standing Calf raises(2 sets of 10 @ 150lbs)
-Leg curls (2 sets of 10 @ 75lbs)
-Leg extensions (2 sets of 10 @ 90lbs)
-Sitting Row (2 sets of 10 @ 120lbs)
-Lat Pull down (2 sets of 10 @ 120lbs)
-Tricep extensions (2 sets of 10 @ 50lbs)
-back extensions (20)
-Sit-ups (20)
-Bench press (2 sets of 10 @ 120lbs)
-Curls (2 sets of 10 @ 60 lbs)
I need the weather to let up so that I can get out on the bike. I was going to go running yesterday morning (saturday), however our son was up the entire night and I didn't get to sleep until 5:40AM.
-I need to drink more water.
-I need to be more disciplined in my workout schedule.
-I need to be able to get outside at some point.
There is a possibility that we may have found somebody to watch our children for when we go to Coeur d' Alene to volunteer for the Ironman race.
