
My first encouraging workout in a week. I feel good about it.
My Bike computer is cheap and resets at random times when it's not getting a speed reading, so I don't remember the exact time that I rode for, however I remember the speed values quite well, as they were encouraging to read.
Ride:
26 minutes (about)
Max speed: 21.9mph
Avg Speed: 15.4mph
Distance: 6.96 miles
Run:
26 minutes
Distance: 2.88 miles
They aren't the speeds that I need (yet), however I was able to do them one after the other, and my average speed on the ride was faster...so all in all...I feel good.
