2/21/2011 - Gym workout

Warmup: .25m on the treadmill at 6mph @ 6% grade.

Workout:
10 minutes on treadmill at 7mph @6% grade.
6 minutes on bike alternating every minute between level 15 and level 8.
Lat pull downs = 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
shoulder lifts = 2 sets of 8 @ 17.5lbs each arm
benchpress = 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
curls = 2 sets of 8 @ 55lbs
Leg lifts = 2 sets of 8 @ 80 lbs
Leg curls = 2 sets of 8 @ 90 lbs

My gluten-free meatloaf and mashed sweet potato dinner was still very strong inside of me. I didn't feel like I could do what I wanted, but I figured as long as I am doing the sets I am getting some workout.
