Benchpress:
2 sets of 10 @ 120lbs

Butterfly:
2 sets of 10 @ 50lbs

Incline Press:
2 sets of 10 @25lbs

Sitting Row:
2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs

Lateral Raise:
2 sets of 10 @ 15lbs

Situps: 2 sets of 20

Leg Curls:
2 sets of 10 @ 65

Leg Lifts:
2 sets of 10 @65
