3/07/2011 - Gym workout

Tonight at the gym, both my wife and I decided it would be best to do the run to prepare for this weekend.

I set the incline on the treadmill to 4.5.
I warmed up for 4 minutes at 5.5mph.

I then set it to 7.5 and began running.
At one point I had it up to 8.4 but that turned out to be too fast.

I ran 3.1 miles in 23.40. Good enough for me :D

Unfortunately, there wasn't enough ventilation for me to cool down after the run to do any more workout. It was very difficult for me to get my pulse and breathing down.
