It was a slow night for me at the Gym. I was on a long ride the day before, and I planned on going swimming the next day (which I didn't do).
6 minutes on treadmill
Lat pull-downs: 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
Shoulder raises: 2 sets of 8 @ 17.5 lbs
Curls: 2 sets of 8 @ 60 lbs
Leg Lifts: 2 sets of 8 @ 110 lbs
Leg Curls: 2 sets of 8 @ 110 lbs
Abs
Afterwards, I felt "good". Usually after workouts I feel miserable and weak...but this time I felt refreshed. I thought to myself, "Is this what people normally feel like when they leave the gym?"
