Got sick last week.
It wasn't a flu or a fever.
My sinus and throat were just really backed up and I felt lethargic.
I think I have burned my body out.
I am trying to turn over a new leaf with it. I am making sure that with Breakfast and Lunch, I also have a 10AM snack and a 2PM Snack. I need more calories and more minerals.
Even though I was not feeling well, we still went to the gym. I wanted to make sure my wife could workout, so I was going to do a light workout...but I am more sore from that workout than I have been in the past. It is probably because I changed it up and I did things that I did a long time ago, but haven't since.
10 minutes on sitting bike
Dumbell press - 2 sets of 8 @ 30 lbs
tricep extensions - 2 sets of 8 @ 50 lbs
Lat pulldowns - 2 sets of 8 @ 105lbs
Dumbell curls - 2 sets of 8 @ 35lbs
Lunges with 40 lb bar - 2 sets of 8
I did a few other things, but I didn't really pay attention. My legs got a much better workout from the sitting bike than the normal bike. I don't know whats different about it (other than seat position) but I got a lot more burn in the muscles that I need to feel burn in.
