4/11/2011 - Swim

Went Swimming again. It is an easy way to work off Burgermaster, mcDonalds, and Taco Bell.

I did a few drills:
Swim with the kick board - did about 250m
Swim with the floating thing in between my legs - Did about 250m
Sprints - My time is down to 43-45 seconds for a 250m.
Some regular swimming.

I swam for about 40 minutes. It was a really good morning.
