4/1/2011 - Gym

5 minutes on sitting bike
lat pull downs - 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
dumbbell press - 2 sets of 8 at @ 35lbs

...Actually...I did a whole lot of stuff that I don't remember. I was quite exausted afterwards. It made me wonder if there is ever going to be a trip to the gym in which I am not exhausted afterwards.

I do know that I have about 90 days, the weather here still stinks and I have probably only been able to ride 6 times this year...
