4/19/2011 - Swimming

I swam for 34 minutes.  I am assuming this is about 34 laps +/- a lap. 
I did 100m with a kick board to work on my kick
I did 100m with a leg floation to work on my stroke.  -Man is swimming easy with floating legs.


It was hard as I had to share a lane.  I always struggle with this because I feel like I need to limit the way that I swim.

It is time for me to hit the open water.  I am getting tired of the locked-in nature of the swimming pool.  I don't want to think about lap times or lap numbers or lap lanes.  I want to get out into the open water and just swim....Unfortunately, spring has not sprung here, and it is still 42 degrees.
