We had some time between dinner and visiting some friends, so we went to the gym.

I didn't want to work out too hard...

Treadmill:
Ran for 6 minutes at 6.5, 4 minutes at 7.5
Bike:
Rode in 1 minute intervals between 4,6,4,7,4
Rowing:
2 sets of 8 @ 105lbs
Curls:
2 sets of 8 @ 35lbs
Tricep extensions:
2 sets of 8 @ 40lbs
Lat Pulldown:
2 sets of 10 @105lbs
....A few other things
