5/18/2011 - 10k Run in the SUN!!!

It was a beautiful day.  I had my running shoes and extra clothes.  I went down to the park and did a run.  I am really satisfied, as I ran sub-60 minutes and I took 3 .1m walking breaks on the way back.

Beautiful sunny day and lots of good exersize!
