1 mile on treadmill. 9 minutes. Very comfortable pace
10 minutes on sitting bike

Lat pull downs = 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
Rows = 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
Inclined dumbbell press = 2 sets of 8 @ 30lbs
Curls = 2 sets of 8 @ 30lbs
Situps (various)

I was saving my lower leg energy for riding to work the next morning. Update: I think I am getting sick and shouldn't ride to work in the morning, even though it is the only sunny day of the week. Very dissapointed.
