Tricep Extensions: 2 sets of 8 @ 40lbs
Shoulder Raises: 2 sets of 8 @ 17.5lbs
Curls: 2 sets of 8 @ 30 lbs
Benchpress: 2 sets of 8 @ 95lbs
Sitting Row: 2 sets of 8 @ 120lbs
Stepping on bench with weight: 2 sets of 10 @ 20lbs
Squats from bench with weight: 2 sets of 10 @ 20lbs
Sitting calf raises: 2 sets of 8 @ 90lbs
