7/30/2011 - 13 miles of thigh-busting hills


I spend very little time on my aero bars on this ride.  I am either pumping up a hill, cranking down a hill, or swaying around tight turns.  I think this is going to be a GREAT route for building muscle endurance. 

In a few rides of this route, I should begin seeing an increase in my speed and improvement.  I ride it in the early morning on Saturdays so there is very little traffic which makes both me and my wife feel better.

This is a great hard ride.
