In a search for finding powerful, short workouts, I decided to give this hill a try. When I ride my bike to work, this hill is doom. At the end of 14 miles I don't look forward to riding up this hill...but I decided to use it for riding repeats to build muscle and get more all-around power on the bike.

I still don't see the numbers that other people see. I have yet to see 40mph on my bike...even though I tried as hard as I could.

On my last one, I kept thinking to myself "I never thought I'd hear myself say, 'I can't wait for my long ride'". It was hard.

These new interval workouts are absolutely painful. I hope that I can see true benefit from them. They are exhausting.
