8/16/2011 - Speed Intervals

Today I went with the following interval routine:
     9:00 mile pace for 2:45
     7:00 mile pace for 2:15
     Repeat 6 times

I increased the 7:00 mile pace for 15 seconds on each repetition.  I figure I will continue doing this each time I run it. 

I began getting thoroughly exhausted on the last repeat.  I wanted to give up and walk for the last 20 seconds...but I stuck with it until the end. 

Definately a great trail for doing repeats.  It seems to be just the right length.

I did a total of 3.68 miles in 30 minutes.
