8/22/2011 - Gym Workout

2 minutes on treadmill - my heartrate only got up to 95, but my body was not really letting me do anything more because of my run earlier that day.

Benchpress - 5 @ 105lbs, 5 @ 105lbs, 4 @ 105lbs.
Shoulder lifts - 8 @15lbs, 6 @ 15 lbs, 4 @ 15lbs
Tricep extensions - 8 @ 50lbs, 6 @ 50 lbs, 4 @ 50lbs
Curls - 8 @ 40lbs, 6 @ 40lbs, 4 @40lbs
Raised Press - 8 @ 25lbs, 6 @ 25lbs, 4 @ 25lbs
Situps
Shoulder twists

I got to the point where my upper body was feeling just as bad as my lower body from the earlier 8 mile run.

Got home, protein shake, put the kids to bed and SAT DOWN.
