8/8/2011 - Gym Time

3 minutes on treadmill - heart rate up to 110.  I ran earlier in the day so I was not going to push myself at all with cardio.

Tricep extensions: 1 set of 8 @ 50lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 50 lbs, 1 set of 4 at 50lbs
Benchpress: 1 set of 3 (failure) @ 115lbs, 1 set of 5 @ 105lbs, 1 set of 4 at 105lbs.
Curls: 1 set of 8 @ 25lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 25lbs, 1 set of 4 @ 25lbs
Lat pull downs: 1 set of 8 @ 95 lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 95 lbs, 1 set of 4 @ 95lbs
Sitting Row: 1 set of 8 @ 95 lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 95 lbs, 1 set of 4 @ 95lbs
Leg Press: 1 set of 8 @ 230lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 230lbs, 1 set of 4 @ 230lbs
Calf Raises: 1 set of 8 @ 150lbs, 1 set of 6 @ 150lbs, 1 set of 4 @ 150lbs.

That was all probably pretty hard to read.  I will try to clean it up for my next post. 

At any rate, I really feel the workout.  My calfs ache, my knees ache and my chest is sore.  I know that other parts are going to feel it as soon as these parts recover.  I am glad that I am not planning on doing any working out today.
