Today is a day in which I see improvement. I did the same speed interval training as last week:
3 minutes @ 9 minute/mile pace
2 minutes @ 7 minute/mile pace
Do for 30 minutes (6 reps)
I ran 3.69 miles in 30 minutes. I am wondering if I would be able to squeeze out 4 miles in 30 minutes?
This time I was able to complete the routine. If you look at my last running entry, you will see that a) I didn't fully complete the routine and b) I had to walk for a portion of it.
-This may be because of the temperature is more moderate outside, or it may be because of my diet through the day...but either way, I was able to complete it.
