10/4/2011 - Gym Workout

Went to the Gym. 
My body was in recovery from the race the day before.

-Treadmill for 4 minutes
-Benchpress: 8,6,4 @ 105, 105, 115
-Shoulder Lifts: 8,6,4 @ 17.5 each
-Curls: 8,6,4 @ 25lbs

...Stuff...Keeping track of Gym stuff is getting difficult...or boring.  One of the two.

My body is clearly still in recovery and not fired up to do anything.  Hopefully next week will be a big week for me.
