After some time off for moving and just general laziness, I figured it was time to get back in the saddle.

It was a good day and a good run.  I was able to complete the workout without walking.  In fact, I didn't sweat as bad as I thought I would.  It was a cool day.  I did a lot of gasping for air on the last couple of speed sections, but I just kept reminding myself,  "This is the pace that I want to run at...I need to keep going."

It was a good run.  I finished it off with some spaghetti, chocolate milk, and a protein bar.  Here is to a successful recovery!
