12/21/2011 - Gym Time

I did my run intervals on the treadmill.

9 minute pace for 2 minutes
7 minute pace for 3 minutes
repeat 6 times.
I completed it and in 30 minutes I ran 3.86 miles, which is a big achievement for me.  Very happy.

Bechpress - 2/4 @ 125lbs

Shoulder lifts
Rowing machine
Squats
Stretched
