12/27/2011 - Stair Walking

Today I walked the stairs at work for 30 minutes.  It was a better workout than I thought it would be.


I did learn that when I "go to my happy place", my body performs in a very linear fashion.  There was one point where I snapped out of a zone and realized that I had no idea how much I had done.  Looking at the laps in the details, there are 3 stair climbs with identical times at about the same place I zoned out.

I thought that was interesting.
