1/27/2012 - 40 minute stair climb

It looks like I went up and down the 3 flights of stairs 26 times.

I can tell I have a lot of muscle to build because I was quite sore 2 days later.  This indicates that there is a lot of growth to be done in this area.

I am glad that I found this to do in lieu of cycling as it is still 40 degrees out.  I am really hoping that this helps with my overall riding capabilities.

It was rough.  Much more rough than people think.  I think anything over 10 minutes on stairs is worth getting prepared for mentally.
