1/7/2012 - Gym Time

FINALLY, after being sick for over a week, it is time to get back into the grind. 

I have signed up for the Cinco De Mayo Half Marathon in Snoqualmie this year, and I would like to do another Olympic Triathlon.  It would also be nice to do a 2.4 mile swim race and a half-century bike ride. 

So we finally made it to the Gym.

I ran 2 miles on the treadmill in 14:40.  I think if I were outdoors, I could hold the run for quite a bit longer, I didn't feel out of breath or fatigued after the run.

Benchpress:  8/6/4 at 130lbs
Rowing:  8/6/4 at 120lbs
Reverse butterfly:  8/6/4 at 70lbs
Lat pulldowns:  8/6/4 at 125lbs
Tricep extensions:  8/6/4 at 60lbs
Shoulder raises:  8/6/4 at 15lbs
Curls:  8/6/4 at 25lbs

Stretches

It felt good to be back in the fold.
