4.5 mile morning run

This morning was the end of week 4 of the 16 week training plan.  The distance to run is 4.5 miles,  which is 1/3 the total distance of the half marathon.  Using this morning's run time, I can predict that my half marathon time will be approximately 1:45:00.  I would like to make it faster, but I don't know if I am going to be able to do that.

It was a beautiful morning and made me grateful for where I live.  Lots of views of mountains, Seattle, and trees.
