Up until this point, I have used this blog as a "diary" of the training that I do for races.
I have uploaded all of my activities to Garmin Connect, and then embedded them into this blog.
Garmin Connect has gone through a big renovation and is able to do everything that I need it to do at this point. It now allows you to create courses, create workouts, view reports, and store notes for each of your activites. Really at this point, it has eliminated the need for this blog. So copying my workouts over to here is redundant and not useful to the people who come across this blog.
It is probably important to point out that many people do get directed to this blog for various reasons, (to find a cheap alternative to RoadID, to find funny triathlon motivation, and to see other random musings. Because of this, I am going to keep the blog active and use it just for race reports and thoughts/motivation. There is never any traffic to the workouts (which is completely understandable) so I don't see much reason in continuing to store those here.
So at this point, all of the training is going to be removed from my blog. I will only keep the fu-fu here (thoughts and ramblings) and keep my race reports here. Everything else will be gone.
If you are curious about the training that I do, you can log onto Garmin Connect and look up user "lifejustice"
Enjoy the rest of the blog!
