So the Ocean Shores Big Weekend is 16 days away. The Benaroya Seafair Triathlon is 24 days away.
I am doing the Ocean Shores Sprint triathlon as a "Prep" race for the Seafair triathlon. I want to be 100% on my game for Seafair. I have the burn for a race right now since I got sick 2 days before the half-marathon. I feel like I need to make up for that.
I am adding advocare supplements into my race. That is another reason I am doing the Ocean Shores race...to see if the supplements really help, or if they cause any stomach issues.
